In control of my health at last

Hi Pippa
Hope you are well. Apart from having a nasty cold ( I believe this is good after none for 5 years) I am very well. I have just returned from a week camping in Cornwall and suddenly realised I had not been having to carry out the lightning process for the previous four days or so, wow. I have also been driving, swimming and looking after my kids a lot more than usual,I even took them to the cinema yesterday. This is all great for me and at last I feel a lot more in control of my health.
I can at last live the life I love.
